The lovingly furnished and newly renovated holiday home CASA DORIS is located near the village center of Montecarotto.
It is situated on a small, quiet street leading into the village center, accessible only to cars heading there. On the other side of the house, you have a breathtaking view of the hills and mountains of the Marche region, and on clear days, you can even see the sea. You can also hear the birds singing. No traffic noise disturbs your holiday peace.

Or visit Fano with its extraordinary beach featuring beautiful, water-smoothed stones – very beautiful and relaxing. Alternatively, you can explore the Riviera del Conero with its unique coves.
The coastline is over 170 km long and offers many popular seaside resorts, while the outback with its mountains and hills invites hiking and cycling.

Throughout the house you have stable, fast fiber optic Wi-Fi and Smart TV.
It is fully equipped, offers every comfort, is very well located for excursions and has a spacious garden with various fruit trees and 200 olive trees, from which our wonderful extra virgin olive oil comes!
You can conveniently park your car in front of the house or safely store your car, motorcycle, or bicycle (for an extra charge) overnight in one of the garages.
Your dog is also very welcome and stays free of charge. A holiday with your dog – what could be better for a dog owner?

Where exactly is the holiday home located and how do I get there?
With the car:
Getting here is very easy. Depending on where you’re coming from, you can take the San Bernardino Pass, drive through Milan and Bologna, and then take the motorway directly towards Ancona.
Alternatively, you can take the Brenner motorway, bypassing Bologna, towards Ancona.
Or you can come from the south, bypassing Ancona on the motorway.
Exit the motorway at Senigallia and follow the signs to Montecarotto or the instructions on your navigation system.
If you’re coming from Rome via the expressway, exit at Moie and follow the signs to Montecarotto.
By airplane:
From many European and international airports you can travel to numerous nearby airports (e.g. Ancona, Rimini, Bologna, Rome and many more).
By train:
Numerous train connections offer direct access to the destination with a maximum of one change, e.g., in Bologna. The nearest major train station is Senigallia. In 2026, a direct train connection from Berlin via Munich and Innsbruck to the Italian Adriatic coast will also be established.

The holiday home offers 2 separate apartments.
But it is of course also possible to book both apartments, so that you have the whole house to yourself (subject to availability).
Apartment 1 – 2 bedrooms for max. 4 people – on the ground floor:

The smaller ground-floor apartment is comfortably furnished. It offers two large bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.60 x 2 m), a bathroom with shower, toilet, and bidet, a living room with an integrated kitchen, and a balcony. It is equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils, a gas stove and electric oven, microwave, kettle, portable grill, a De’Longhi fully automatic coffee machine, and a filter coffee maker.
There is a smart TV in the living room.
You have a wonderful panoramic view of the Marche region and the surrounding area; on clear days you can see all the way to the sea.
Apartment 2 – 3 bedrooms for max. 6 people – on the 1st floor:

The larger apartment on the first floor is comfortably furnished. It offers three spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.60 x 2 m), a bathroom with shower/bathtub, toilet, and bidet, a large living room, a modern kitchen with a dining area, and two balconies. The kitchen is new and fully equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, and a De’Longhi fully automatic coffee machine.
The living room features a smart TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system.
From here you have a wonderful panoramic view of the Marche region and the surrounding area; on clear days you can see all the way to the sea!
Both apartments are equipped with fast fiber glass Wi-Fi and Smart TV.
A workspace is also available, so digital nomads can book here or online work is possible.
The house offers a garage for use upon request, as well as a large cantina where motorhomes, motorcycles, etc. can be accommodated.
The garden is still somewhat neglected and a work in progress, but you can definitely sit outside on the balconies and enjoy a glass of wine.
You can also walk through the olive grove, however, as it becomes very steep further down, traversing this terrain is at your own risk! We accept no liability for any accidents.
